Emails forwarded via ImprovMX are delivered to the site owner's Gmail account. Minimal logs may exist temporarily with ImprovMX (delivery status, sender email) for operational purposes.
Emails in the site owner's inbox may be retained as long as necessary to maintain ongoing correspondence, reference, or continuity in communication, but will not exceed a maximum retention period of 1 year. Once no longer needed or after 1 year, emails are permanently deleted.
